After escaping game one with a marathon 19-13 win, the Bulldogs cleaned up their play in all facets of the game, finishing up the nightcap in four innings and an 18-1 victory. Owen Crawford set the tone at the plate for the Bulldogs in game two with a two-RBI double in the first, two-run homer in the second, two-RBI single in the third, and another two-RBI single in the fourth. Anthony Lowman, Sam Thompson, Drew Gordon, and Marshall Smith also picked up multi-hit games in the shortened contest.
Anthony Lowman improved his overall record to 3-0 on the season throwing an efficient four innings giving up one run, one hit, striking out five, and walking none. The Bulldogs are now 10-0 overall and 9-0 in the conference. They are in action Saturday at 2:00 in a JV/V contest at Winterset.
